OptaSTIM® (Patented Process) advanced fluid technology is designed to remediate the negative impact of introduced fluids on well performance. Because of the different nature of low permeability shale formations, completions in these zones are susceptible to a number of damage mechanisms. Fluids introduced during stimulation carry a number of chemicals that may interact negatively with these formations and create undesirable changes in the structure and/or flow of properties of the formation. OptaSTIM® is designed to dissolve and dispose materials that restrict flow into the well bore.
OptaSTIM® E and E-HT (Patented Process) are delayed release additives designed to mitigate the negative impact of introduced fluids on well performance. OptaSTIM® E is designed to perform at well temperatures below 200F (93C). OptaSTIM® E-HT is optimized for well temperatures above 200F (93C)
