EMU Emulsion Breaker Series
EMU-101 is a demulsifier for heavier (12 to 22 gravity API) crudes. It provides fast initial water drop in a wide range of chlorides in the produced water. It will not normally treat these crudes without some heat.
EMU-201 A sulfonate with a small percent of moderate molecular weight polyglycol. Extremely wide treating range. Not subject to over treating. EMU-201 is a rugged batch treating emulsion breaker.
EMU-202 A blend of resins, polyols and epoxides specifically blended for fast water drop and dissolution of tight emulsions. Extremely wide treating range. Also available in concentrated form as EMU-202C.
EMU-203 A blend of esters and resin which gives good overall treating characteristics.
EMU-204 A blend of esters and resin which yields good cost performance and a wide treating range.
EMU-205 A blend of epoxides, polyols and resins which yields good water drop and resolves tight emulsions.
EMU-206 Good oil treater on medium gravity crudes. Can be used in conjunction with EMU-208 to give outstanding results.
EMU-207 A blend of polyol esters and resins. This product is a quick water dropper. Best performance on medium gravity oils.
EMU-208 A sulfonate with narrow treating range. Very useful in treating high gravity oils.
EMU-209 A broad spectrum of bases with proven effectiveness on treatment of waste and slop oils. EMU-209 provides clean top oil, good water break and good separation of solids.
EMU-210 A blend of a phenolic resin and a polyol ester. The product is useful in the treatment of low gravity crude oils containing paraffins and asphaltenes.

NEA-20N Non-Emulsifier
NEA-20N is a nonionic non-emulsifying agent for use in all types of well stimulation. It is a versatile surfactant blend that provides strong waterwetting properties and interfacial tension reduction. NEA-20N is compatible with a wide range of acidizing and fracturing fluids and has been formulated to function with acid inhibitors without adversely affecting inhibitor corrosion rate. NEA-20N works effectively in 15% to 28% Hydrochloric Acid.

BSP-1622 Microbial Product
BSP-1622 is a liquid non-ionic biological formulation containing living facultative anaerobic species selected for their heavy biosurfactant-producing properties. BSP-1622 is proven to significantly lower cloud point and inhibit paraffin formation. BSP-1622 is effective on a wide range of crude oils. It prevents the formation of solid tank bottoms. It will drastically reduce BS&W’s and emulsions.

CEB-404 Biodegradable Emulsion Breaker
CEB-404 is a readily biodegradable nonionic demulsifier used to produce well-defined oil and water interface and give operators better process control. It provides fast initial water drop in a wide range of chlorides in the produced water.

TB-401 Tank Bottom/Non-Emulsifier
TB-401 is used extensively to clean up producing wells down hole as well as clean out the production string and flowline. This product will carry on to the tanks to aid in the cleanup of tank bottoms. It is effective on paraffin and asphaltene-based crudes.

NECC-24 Non-Emulsion
NECC-24 is a unique combination of a non-surface active polyquaternary amine and surfactant. NECC-24 is designed to provide both clay protection and non-emulsification properties in a single additive package. It provides both temporary and long lasting clay stabilization to protect against formation damage caused by clay swelling and/or migration. NECC-24 minimizes chemical handling requirements.
